I might be willing to buy that they didn't really nail this down until after they did the miniseries (though something tells me if I watch the miniseries again, I'll see clues strewn throughout ...).
But the whole Helo And Sharon On Caprica plotline, which starts with the very first episode, makes no sense otherwise.
I remember thinking that whole plotline was just so we'd understand how much time was passing, because the Caprica scenes were always dated in days since the attack. I was sure Helo was the walking dead.
Speaking of That Sharon, what happened to her? Did I miss something after her giving Helo the silent treatment from her cell? Did they throw her out the airlock with the two Dean Stockwells? Or is she still a prisoner on New Caprica or something?
October, actually. I just found it strange that it didn't mention her after the year of colonization. It seemed like it was implying she had been executed, but they didn't actually show it-- maybe it got edited out?
It's All Baby All The Time, right from Scene 2 (in which Caprica Six snaps baby neck) and Roslin's "we gotta start making babies" remark (the pivotal line that makes Adama change his mind about staying and fighting).
