Why is it that ICANN can't just pull the plug on these idiots?

Have they simply not seen any of the "what verisign did sucks and here's how to get around it" stuff that's been littering the net in the last week?

They need to wait until I've finished pulling all my domains off of their service. Then they can pull the plug.
