Heh, chewybarley was a bit disappointed when several people where more compatible with me than she was. I was concerned that a few people tended to be > 100% compatible with me, and I wondered what that meant.

I also noted that emmacrew turned up to be very incompatible with me as well. I always thought we got along pretty well, at least here and at Dhalgren.

Could it be that she had had a rough day with Pip before she filled out the form, and wasn't really feeling compatible with anyone that day?

I think it's more likely that the compatibility-measuring algorithm is spectacularly flawed, personally.

Roger and Phil are at the top of my compatibility list, at 80% each.

Roger and Phil are both great guys, but they wouldn't have been the LJ friends that I'd guessed were at the top of the list in a truly valid compatibility test.

Well I was getting all psyched about moving in with kathrynt and tinlail but then she said the algorithm might be flawed, so now I don't know what to do.

I notice that 15 out of 17 of the people at 80% or higher on my list (excepting tinlail and greyaenigma) are female. I wonder what I answered to make it think I like girls so much better than boys.
