we must have ridden Space Mountain about a billion times.

Small World still closed for renovations;
evidently they weren't quite finished removing Iceland.

... well okay, maybe it has something to do with me sitting in the boat and imagining what it would be like if everybody in the whole world were compelled to dress up in their Designated National Costumes and stand around singing this song over and over and over again until they all die.

... except of course everybody would also be immortal, so it would never, ever end...

It is one of the most amazing works of animatronic overkill I have seen. Though really the best was making other parents laugh when I told the boy I would be a bad parent if I didn't take him to hear the most annoying song in the world.

Which I will probably have stuck in my head all day now.

My immediate family visited Disneyland (they were first-timers: I was very jaded and had other plans that day). They returned late to the hotel, boy exhausted.

Husband: "So."
Me: "So."
Husband: "Main Street."
Me: "Uh-huh."
Husband: "Cinema."
Me: "Yes?"
Husband: "Mickey's Polo Team."
Me: "Yes. You win. You guess my fave Disney attraction. Good for you."
